Course overview

This course aims to support you with all stages of Scalp micropigmentation so that you can create natural-looking hair by carefully embedding pigment into the dermis of the scalp. When experts in this field have enough training, they can create designs that mimic natural hairline patterns and other designs. Scalp Micropigmentation has many health benefits for both men and women and is a relatively new technique used to cover scars, restore hairline patterns after cancer treatments, and camouflage alopecia. It can also help people with thinning hair situations who do not want to have a hair transplant.

Entry Requirements

This course is open to students who have 6 months experience in treatments such as:

  • Microblading,
  • Microneedling,
  • SPMU,
  • Phlebotomy or injectables.

 

You must also hold a qualification in Anatomy & Physiology Level 3.

If you have not got this we offer Anatomy and Physiology Level 3 qualifications.
